Fee Structure
CLOC is a fee-for-service organization. Our consultant fees range from $150-$225* per hour for two consultants (usually a CLOC Organizational Development Specialist and a Peer Consulting Network consultant). The hourly fee depends on whether one or both consultants are CLOC staff consultants, and whether the CLOC Director serves as one of the consultants. We are committed to finding you the best consulting team for your particular needs and will gladly work with you to develop a proposal that is within your budget.
The initial consultation meeting is at no cost; there is no charge to the client until there is agreement on the scope of work. A proposal with a time and cost estimate are provided before work commences. Occasionally the scope of work changes or expands during a consultation. Any changes to the original contract will be discussed by the lead consultant and the client, and will be billed at the standard previously agreed upon rate.
Above all, we are a service organization – it is our mission to assist campus clients in maximizing their performance and achieving their organizational goals. We can often help clients who have limited resources assess their options and acquire the resources necessary to address their needs.
*Off-campus fees typically range from $200 to $400 per hour for one consultant. Due to our position in the Provost’s Office, and the ongoing institutional commitment to serving campus clients we are able to keep our fees highly competitive. |
