Who We Are
The organizational development specialists in the Center for Leadership and Organizational Change have had extensive careers in organizational development and coaching, and have received professional training on a broad variety of organizational development, coaching and diversity topics in both academic and applied settings. They also have significant experience in university settings, and bring their training, professional experience and direct knowledge of the University of Maryland to every consulting and coaching situation.
The office employs a director and four organizational development specialists. Twenty committed and talented faculty and staff members comprise CLOCs Peer Consulting Network
