Judy Tso, MAA, ACC

I have worked as a consultant in a variety of roles for the last 15 years. I utilize a multidisciplinary approach which includes drawing from my work in the field of creative problem solving, ideation and product development in my early career as well as coaching, anthropology and diversity consulting from the last nine years of my work. I also draw from theater, improvisation, and storytelling. Much of my vision for bringing understanding across human differences draws from growing up Asian in Kentucky. Prior to joining CLOC, I provided services in diversity training, consulting, ethnographic assessment (cultural competency, program evaluation and organizational assessment), coaching and public speaking both within my own practice as well as in collaboration with Novations Group and other consultancies. I have worked with corporations, non-profits and government agencies such as BIC, FDIC and the Barr Foundation and have spoken frequently on the topics of diversity and cultural differences with a specialty in the Asian American arena. I worked in Product Development at Baltimore Gas and Electric and was a Creativity Director with Innovation Focus, a leading ideation firm. I hold a Master's Degree in Applied Anthropology from UMCP and a Bachelors in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. I have served on the Executive Board of the American Anthropological Association, am a member of the National Speakers Association and the International Coach Federation where I am certified as an Associate Accredited Coach.
