The CLOC Peer Consulting Network is a unique campus resource made up of approximately 20 diverse and highly skilled University of Maryland Faculty and staff.
Trained and mentored by the CLOC staff, PCN members volunteer as consultants in CLOC organizational development activities. PCN volunteers begin their training in five-day concentrated workshops that focus on a broad range of consulting skills. They then “shadow” professionals and experienced PCN members as they work, learning through mentoring and gradually assuming responsibility for a variety of process consulting assignments. PCN members share their experiences through feedback with mentors and monthly meeting with colleagues. They have become a supportive and vital learning and service community on the Maryland campus.
