A few words about us

We are a group of organizational development and leadership consultants and coaches. We come from various disciplines and backgrounds, but share a common desire to work with individuals and groups to be their best.

At the Center for Leadership & Organizational Change (CLOC), we combine our knowledge and training in classic organizational development theories with emerging fields of research, such as neuroscience and workplace engagement, to provide personalized executive coaching and a full array of consulting services to the university community. Our success is a direct result of blending our expertise with your specific needs and desired outcomes. Each engagement is unique and designed to build capacity, align leadership, improve communication, form solutions, foster engagement, and improve individual and group success.

Part of the Office of the Senior Vice President and Provost, CLOC serves all admininstrative and academic units on campus.
