Managing Employees - Wherever They Are

Go from suddenly remote to sustainably hybrid. Where and how we do our work continues to evolve…be sure your leadership skills are up to the new challenges.

This series includes four 90-minute sessions, each packed with information and strategies to put to use right away. Also included is a resource guide filled with tips, research, and links to help you continue to navigate your way to sustainably hybrid.

Session 1- Negotiating Work Plans

The pandemic forced us into remote working – often before we had the policies or processes in place to make the arrangement sustainable. How do you negotiate and plan for what your team needs in a hybrid workplace?

Session 2 - Managing Performance

Performance management is not a favorite task for leaders, even when everyone is in the same place. How much tricker is this when your team is dispersed, and how do you handle it?

Session 3 - Communicating Effectively

Communication with team members is even more important now. How can you hear from remote team members when a decision needs to be made? How can you communicate status updates as well as changes? And how do you ensure remote workers remain connected?

Session 4 - Ensuring Equity

Handling an all-remote team was one hurdle; now you have to manage when some employees are in the office and some are not. How do you ensure that your treatment is consistently fair when it comes to work assignments, development and growth opportunities, and even face time?

These sessions combine information sharing, dialogue and problem-solving with colleagues, and goal-setting. To encourage interaction and conversation, we will not be recording the sessions.

These sessions will be facilitated online via Zoom.

You will recieve a link a day prior to the session.
